The challenging part of the weet bix tryathlon was the swimming becuase I was going slowly & it was very hard. The most enjoying part of the tryathlon was the bounce tunnel & it was so cool when I got to the end there was losts of kids there. I learnt that I need to xasice more. Next time I well have to lrean to stop on my bike & hop on my & push my self at the same time.

ReplyDeleteSound like the Triathlon was good challenge for you Ross. It is important to exercise before an event like this but also to stay healthy. Triathlons also help push your mental toughness as well as physical. Good luck for next time.
